PredictWind supplies 6-8 forecasts worldwide to give you a confidence level in the forecast.

If there is consesus in the forecasts, you can have a high degree of confidence in the forecast. This is easily visible within the forecast graphs. Often you will see the forecast are close together in the first few days of the forecast, but as you would expect the forecasts are quite different in a weeks time.

If the forecasts are different on the day, we recommend that you choose the model that is best matching the current wind observations.
