I want to order hardware but the country doesn't appear on the drop down list

What can I do when the country I am currently in is not on your list of countries you ship to?

As a company based in New Zealand, we utilize distribution warehouses globally, including in Germany, the USA, New Zealand, and Australia, for the dispatch of our hardware products.

We ship hardware worldwide; however, some countries have proven to be problematic, and we’ve decided not to ship to those locations. In most cases, this was due to challenges with customs clearance, import fees and/or packages being lost.

If the country you would like hardware shipped to is not listed in the drop down menu, you may want to consider having someone bring the hardware to the boat for you or have the hardware delivered to another address where shipping is more reliable. Alternatively, you can explore the option of using a drop ship service that will forward the goods directly to your location.

Shipping to Mexico:

Goods are sent to Mexico from the USA. An RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) or CURP (Clave Única de Registro de Población) is required for all international shipments to Mexico to clear customs. Non-residents may need to use their passport number or another official ID.
