If the GO exec LCD screen shows the message "No Data/Voice Provisioning" it means the SIM Card has not been activated, or the SIM card has been inserted incorrectly.

Please check the SIM card has not been inserted upside down. The SIM card should be inserted with the contact 'gold' side down, white side up, and the corner that is cut off towards paddle antenna.
