To cancel your YB3i plan, log in to your Satellite Portal. All changes are made on the 'Accounts' page.

Please ensure you have followed ALL the steps outlined in the images below.

Step 1. On the Account page, click on "Cancel Plan".

Step 2. Select the red "Cancel Plan" button.

Step 3. Select "Confirm Deactivation".

Step 4. You will then see the confirmation page for your cancellation. You will also get an email confirmation of the cancellation.
