If you only see a blank blue screen when opening the Offshore App on a Computer, such as the screenshot below,
Please try turning off your Antivirus software, e.g. McAfee or Malware Bytes, or uninstalling.
Please disable or uninstall your VPN if this doesn't resolve your issue.
Failing that, please upgrade your operating system to the latest version your computer will support e.g. Windows 11 or latest Mac O/S.
