If you receive duplicate emails from PredictMail when your email App is connected to DataHub Wi-Fi, you may need to delete all emails on the PredictMail Internet mail server and in your DataHub Predictmail Server Quarantine, Local Quarantine, and Inbox.
To do this:
Log in to the DataHub.
Click on PredictMail.
In turn, click on the Server Quarantine, Local Quarantine and Inbox top menus.
Click the PURGE or PURGE ALL buttons.
Next, click on the Connection menu.
Click Connect.
This transfers the purge messages command to the PredictMail Internet email server for Server Quarantine.
Now delete all undesired duplicate messages from your email App, and you should not receive them again.
Delete all PredictMail Server Inbox Emails
To delete all emails on the PredictMail Internet mail server inbox:
Log in to the DataHub.
Click on PredictMail.
In turn, click the Tools top menu.
Click SERVER INBOX.
