How do I login to my PredictWind Account in the Anchor Alert App?

To login to your PredictWind Account in the Anchor Alert App:

  1. Tap the Settings Wheel > PredictWind Account on the top of the Anchor Map page.

  2. Add your PredictWind Account details and tap Login, or tap Sign Up if you do not have a PredictWind Account. Your PredictWind Subscription level and account details will be displayed on the page when you are logged in.

How can I buy an Anchor Alert Pro subscription?

To buy an Anchor Alert Pro subscription for the first time if you have already installed and used the Free version of the App:

  • On the top right of the Anchor Map, tap the Settings Wheel > Manage Subscription.

  • Tap the Start Trial button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Confirm the purchase to activate a 1-month trial.

How can I check if my Anchor Alert App is connected to the DataHub

When your device is connected to DataHub Wi-Fi and you open the Anchor Alert App, it will automatically attempt to connect to the DataHub. If the connection is successful, the Wi-Fi symbol in the top left corner of the screen will indicate this in green.

A red Wi-Fi symbol with a strike through it indicates the app has not connected to the DataHub. This is expected if you are off the boat or on cellular data.

To check your connection and configuration:

  1. From any page in the Anchor Alert App, in the top right corner of the screen tap the Settings Wheel > DataHub Connection.

  2. Check the Connection Status is Active.

  3. Tap < to go back.

  4. Tap < or Done to exit back to the map.

  5. If your device is connected successfully, a banner DataHub connection success will display briefly on the Map page.
