Observation data may be unavailable because the selected location is outside the provider's coverage or because the source has not supplied a recent update.
Try the following:
Confirm that the correct location is selected.
Check your internet connection.
Move the map slightly or zoom out to look for nearby data.
Check another observation layer.
Close and reopen PredictRain.
Check again later in case the source is temporarily unavailable.
Forecast models may still be available when Rain Radar or observations are not.
If the problem continues, contact PredictRain Support with the location, feature, time, device type and a screenshot.
