Troubleshooting Steps for Power issues with the Iridium GO!
Remove the Iridium GO! battery, check it over (no bulges), and at the same time check the contacts and give them a gentle clean.
Please Note :
Battery health is critical, if the battery is more than 4 years old replacing the battery is a good idea. The unit will not function without a good battery even if you have it on charge. The unit will not work without the battery, you cannot bypass the battery.
If you decide to replace the battery, a new battery can be purchased online.

Tip, Consider a spare Iridium GO! battery. For the sake of less than US$100 for a new battery it is great peace of mind.
With two good batteries, Rotate the batteries, prior to heading offshore put the battery you have now in a zip lock bag fully charged..... Put it in your grab bag.
Have you inspected the charging port, does it look OK, not loose or damaged in any way?
Have you tried an alternate power cable?
Do you know anyone else with an Iridium GO! close by? If yes, it may be worth trying their battery/charger with your unit. This may isolate if the issue is battery/charger related or with the Iridium GO! internal components.
Take the battery out of the Iridium GO! unit. Connect the Iridium GO! to a power source and lift the paddle antenna. Does the Iridium GO! power on? The LED light should show Red and the display will show a lat/long but no satellite reception or battery charge.
What power source are you using? Home, Vessel DC battery bank, AC Inverter
Which charging accessories are you using? 12VDC Adapter or AC Plug.
Does the Iridium GO! have any charge left in it, if yes, please try a factory reset following the instructions at https://help.predictwind.com/en/articles/4798485-how-to-factory-reset-the-iridium-go-unit and see if it starts to take charge.
