Connect DataHub to the Internet using Ethernet cable
At home or another location where you have high-speed Internet:
From your Internet Router connect an Ethernet cable from a LAN port (Not a WAN port) on your Internet Router to the port labelled WAN on the DataHub. The DataHub should now be automatically connected to the Internet via the Internet Router.
Check that the DataHub has an Internet Connection
To check that the DataHub has an Internet connection, we recommend you connect your laptop or desktop computer to the DataHub Wi-Fi network to complete this step.
We do not recommend logging into the DataHub using a mobile device for this step; it is not a mobile website.
The DataHub Wi-Fi network. It will look like PW-Hub-XXX in the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your device. Please select "Connect Automatically" if this option is available. On a Mac, you may need to click "Other Networks" to see the Wi-Fi network.
Open a Chrome or Safari browser, and type 10.10.10.1 in the URL bar.
Log in with the default username admin and password admin.
By default, the DataHub will present the WAN Interfaces landing page. To see this on a DataHub with older firmware, on the left menu, click Settings and on the top menu, click Internet Status.
Important Note: On older firmware, the interface WAN box may take up to 2 minutes to update and turn green.
Congratulations! Your DataHub is now connected to the Internet.
