Iridium Mail and the Iridium Mail App is available only for Iridium GO! users, the Iridium Mail App does not work with the GO exec.

Iridium deletes all inactive Iridium Mail accounts after 12 months of inactivity. If this applies to you, you will need to create a new account.

Here at PredictWind we do not hold any information about your Iridium Mail email account.

We do not know your email address, nor do we have the ability to reset passwords.

If you know your username and password and want to check your Iridium Mail account is still active, go to https://www.iridiummail.net/ using a fast internet connection and any web browser and try to log into your account.

If you know your Iridium Mail username but are unsure of your password, please go to https://www.iridium.com/mailandweb/ and use the 'password retrieval' button. This will trigger the same confirmation email you received from datasuppport@iridium.com after you signed up for your satellite email account with Iridium. Please check spam and promo folders if you do not receive the email.

If you are unsure of your Iridium Mail username, then there is no easy way to retrieve this, so your best option is to create a new Iridium email account using https://www.iridium.com/mailandweb/

To keep your Iridium Mail account active, you do not need an airtime plan, you can sign into your Iridium Mail account using this link https://www.iridium.com/mailandweb/enter/ to keep the account active. You must do this at least once every 12 months. This action should also temporarily stop the automated reminder email notifications which are sent out by Iridium 60 days before the deletion.

Note: Sending an email via https://www.iridiummail.net does NOT keep the account active.

Any issues please contact Iridium direct at , datasupport@iridium.com

For a superior email experience, we do suggest using PredictMail, which you can use with an Iridium GO! and DataHub.
