PredictWind offers a range of subscriptions and services for weather forecasting and Iridium satellite connection. These services operate independently of each other, meaning that cancelling or discontinuing one service does not automatically affect the other.

How you cancel or manage your PredictWind forecast subscription depends on where you purchased it:

We offer three-month and one-year subscriptions directly from our website: https://forecast.predictwind.com/register/change/package. PredictWind forecast subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Professional) cannot be paused or put on hold. You can cancel your auto-renewal anytime by logging into your Forecasting subscription account on our website. Once cancelled, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of your current subscription period. If necessary, our billing team can pre-set your PredictWind Forecasting subscription to automatically revert to the Free version on the expiry date so that it does not auto-renew.

We offer one-month, three-month, and one-year subscriptions through the PredictWind App, available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. To cancel these PredictWind forecast subscriptions, please use the Apple Store or Google Play Store, as PredictWind does not have control over purchases made through the App.

PredictWind offers Iridium GO!, GO exec, YB3i, and PredictMail that are all managed via the PredictWind Satellite Portal at https://satellite.predictwind.com/

In this Satellite Portal, you can cancel and change plans. Pausing or putting airtime plans on hold is not possible. You need to either change the plan or cancel the service.

After disconnecting a YB3i you can re-connect at any time. A US$59 activation fee will apply to any new activation.

Plans can be cancelled at any stage during the month except during the first month as you cannot activate a plan and cancel a plan in the same calendar month. The cancellation will happen immediately. No refunds are applied to the existing plan.

To cancel the AIS Explorer subscription, please use the Apple Store or Google Play Store, as PredictWind does not have control over purchases made through the app.
