How to manage and cancel PredictWind services

PredictWind offers a range of subscriptions and services for weather forecasting and Iridium satellite connection. These services operate independently of each other, meaning that cancelling or discontinuing one service does not automatically affect the other.

  • PredictWind Weather Forecasting (Basic, Standard, Professional)

PredictWind forecasting subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Professional) cannot be paused or put on hold.

PredictWind purchased via the website:

We offer three-month and one-year subscriptions directly from our website: https://forecast.predictwind.com/register/change/package. If necessary, our billing team can pre-set your PredictWind Forecasting subscription to automatically revert to the Free version on the expiry date so that it does not auto-renew. Contact support@predictwind.com for any changes to your PredictWind account.

PredictWind purchased via In-App:

We offer one-month, three-month, and one-year subscriptions through the PredictWind App, available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. To cancel these PredictWind forecast subscriptions, please use the Apple Store or Google Play Store, as PredictWind does not have control over purchases made through the app.

  • Iridium services:

PredictWind offers Iridium GO, Iridium Go! exec, YB3i, and PredictMail that are all managed via the PredictWind Satellite Portal at https://satellite.predictwind.com/. In this portal, you can cancel and change plans. Pausing or putting airtime plans on hold is not possible. You need to either change the plan or cancel the service.

  • PredictCurrent:

PredictCurrent purchased via the website:

We offer one-month, three-month, and one-year subscriptions to PredictCurrent directly from our website: https://www.predictcurrent.com/pricing. If necessary, our billing team can pre-set your PredictCurrent subscription to automatically revert to the Free version on the expiry date so that it does not auto-renew. We offer one-month, three-month, and one-year subscriptions through the AIS Explorer App, available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. To cancel the Anchor Alert subscription, please use the Apple Store or Google Play Store, as PredictWind does not have control over purchases made through the app.
