How to upgrade and manage your PredictWind Forecast subscription depends on how it was purchased:
A PredictWind Forecast subscription purchased through the PredictWind Forecast Website can only be managed via the Forecast Website.
PredictWind subscriptions purchased In-App on iPhones or iPads can only be managed via the App Store.
PredictWind subscriptions purchased on Android devices via the Google Play Store can only be managed via the Play Store.

How Upgrades Work
When you upgrade your PredictWind subscription, you only pay the difference. How the upgrade is managed depends on how it was purchased:
PredictWind Website purchased subscription
If you purchased via the PredictWind website, you can upgrade your account between packages anytime during your subscription. If you bought your current subscription from our website, the unused portion of your current subscription is discounted from the purchase price of the new subscription.
You can also downgrade your PredictWind Subscription at any time. However, the downgrade does not allow for any cash refund or credit to your account.
iOS - In-app subscription (IAS)
When you upgrade or downgrade a PredictWind subscription purchased through the App Store, it is handled as two separate transactions. First, you will be charged in full by Apple and start your new subscription from the date of purchase. Separately, Apple will refund the prorated amount of the credit from your earlier purchase.
Android - Google Play Store In-app subscription (IAS)
When you upgrade a PredictWind subscription through the Google Play Store, Google treats it as two transactions. You'll be charged in full for the new plan, starting immediately, and separately refunded a prorated amount from your previous subscription.
When you downgrade, Google doesn’t issue a cash refund. Instead, your subscription is extended based on the value of the difference. For example, downgrading from a one-month Standard plan to a one-month Basic plan could extend your Basic subscription for up to 8 months. If you prefer a cash refund, you’ll need to request it from Google directly.
How to upgrade or manage your PredictWind Forecast account via the website on your Laptop (Best value)
Please go to https://forecast.predictwind.com/settings/billing/ on a Laptop/Desktop web browser
Click the Settings Wheel at the top right corner of your screen.
Select Billing in the drop-down box to make your purchase.
Click on Change Plan.
Click on Buy Now to choose the subscription you want.
How to upgrade or manage your PredictWind Forecast account on your iPad/iPhone or Android device:
Using Safari/Chrome App on your device, open the website www.predictwind.com
Tap on the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen.
Select the Login menu
Login using your email address and password.
Select the Upgrade button at the bottom of the page
Choose the package you require to make your purchase.
Tap on Change Plan.
Tap on Buy Now to choose the subscription you want.
Important Note: After making the purchase, please do a full restart of your iOS or Android device.
iOS - How to upgrade and manage your PredictWind subscription on your iPhone / iPad (In-app Subscription - IAS)
To manage your Predictwind subscription/trial on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro:
Open the Settings app on the home screen of your device (i.e. not in the PredictWind App).
Tap your Name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap on PredictWind.
From here, you can cancel, change or manage your PredictWind subscription.
Important Note: If you just uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel, so you need to cancel through the Subscriptions tab on your device.
Android - How to upgrade and manage your PredictWind subscription on your Android device (In-app Subscription - IAS)
To change/manage your Android In-App PredictWind subscription/trial, please open the PredictWind App, scroll down to the bottom of the Main Menu and tap on Billing.
Tap on Manage Subscription.
Tap Change Subscription and push Select.
Choose the level of subscription that you would like to change to and tap Next.
Choose the period of subscription you would like to change to and tap Next.
Tap Confirm Changes.
Review the changes and tap Continue to purchase a new subscription.
Important Note: PredictWind Professional is available for 1-month and 3-month subscriptions only in the Google Play Store. To purchase a 12-month Professional subscription (best value), please cancel your current Android subscription, then purchase via the PredictWind Website after your current subscription finishes.

How do I know how I've subscribed to PredictWind?
To check which method you've used to create your PredictWind subscription:
PredictWind App: tap on Preferences > Billing.
PredictWind Forecast Website: Click the Settings Wheel (top right) > Billing.
