We’re excited to introduce a new way to make accessing your PredictWind account faster and simpler — you can now sign in with your Apple ID!
This feature lets you link your existing PredictWind account to your Apple ID, so you can use the same secure credentials you already use across your Apple devices. Whether you're checking the forecast on your iPhone, iPad, or desktop, logging in just got easier.
How to Link Your Apple ID in the Forecast Website:
Go to the PredictWind website.
On the login screen, tap or click to sign in as usual using your email address.
Click on the Settings wheel at the top right of screen, then click Profile.
Click Continue with Apple.
Enter your Apple ID credentials and complete two-factor authentication.
Once linked, you can use your Apple ID to sign in — no need to remember another password!
Important Note: If the email associated with your Apple ID is different from your PredictWind account, make sure to enter your Apple ID email when prompted after clicking to Continue with Apple to link your accounts correctly.

Open the PredictWind app.

Swipe down in the main menu and click Profile.
Click Continue with Apple.
Enter your Apple ID credentials and complete two-factor authentication.
Once linked, you can use your Apple ID to sign in — no need to remember another password!

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I've already created a new account with my Apple ID email address?
That's fine, you can still link your accounts. If you have added a subscription with your Apple ID account then we suggest you cancel that first and seek a refund via Apple.
Can I login to the Offshore App with my Apple ID?
No. Please continue to use your PredictWind Forecast email address and password to login to the Offshore App.
Can I login to the PredictWind App with Google or Facebook?
We're working on that! Please stay tuned.
Why can't I see my subscription when I login using my Apple ID. My PredictWind Forecast account is now free / basic
Using the Hide My Email login from Apple masks your account from the subscription you purchased on your PredictWind-registered email account.
Please see above for how to connect your accounts using the Continue with Apple button in your PredictWind Forecast Profile to link your accounts and you'll see your subscription again.
How can I unlink my Apple ID to my PredictWind Account?
To unlink your Apple ID from your PredictWind Forecast email address:
On your iPhone home screen, open the system Settings.
Tap on your Name at the top - your Apple Account.
Tap on Sign in with Apple > PredictWind.
Tap Delete.
