Not all forecast locations are 1 km resolution locations. This link allows you to see high-resolution forecast locations around the world - http://www.predictwind.com/world-coverage/

If you check the map, you may just need to move your location a little to get it inside the 1k map area. Then you will see the high resolution coverage for the area.
