Shipping times vary depending on your delivery location.
We are a New Zealand-based company and ship our products from distribution warehouses located in Germany, the USA, New Zealand, and Australia.
Delivery times within these countries are typically:
Priority shipping: 2–5 business days
Standard/Economy shipping: 10 business days
Shipping to countries outside these regions may take longer depending on the destination.
Shipping charges cover the courier service as well as the storage, handling, and fulfilment processes required to prepare and ship your order.

EU, Australia, New Zealand and rest of the World
Tax will be applied at the time of purchase if your delivery address is within the EU, NZ, or Australia. If your delivery address is outside these regions, you may incur customs duties, import taxes, and processing charges, as determined by the local country's import regulations. These charges are payable to local customs before delivery.
USA
Orders to the USA do not incur tax unless your delivery address is in the state of Nevada, where local sales tax is applied.
