We are a New Zealand-based company and use distribution warehouses around the world (Germany, USA, New Zealand, and Australia) to ship our products. Priority shipping within the countries where our warehouses are located typically takes 2–5 business days, while shipping to other countries can vary significantly. Shipping charges cover the courier service as well as the storage, handling, and fulfilment processes required to prepare and ship your order.

Tax will be applied at the time of purchase if your delivery address is within the EU, NZ, or Australia. If your delivery address is outside these regions, you may incur customs duties, import taxes, and processing charges, as determined by the local country's import regulations. These charges are payable to local customs before delivery.

Orders to the USA do not incur tax unless your delivery address is in the state of Nevada, where local sales tax is applied.
