Consider using a similar boat from the Predefined boat polar list, run a weather route, look at the Wind Tables. Do the results look reasonable for that particular wind speed and true wind angle. Apply the polar speed adjustment as necessary and run the routing again until the polars are refined. See this article for more details on the polar speed adjustment.
