How to resolve an issue with your hardware order

If your order has not arrived, or the tracking link shows that delivery is delayed, our shipping team can help investigate the issue.

This applies to orders for items such as SIM cards, DataHub, DataHub Pro, Iridium GO!, Iridium GO exec, YB3i or all accesories.

What to Do

  1. Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest delivery status.

  2. If the order appears delayed or has not been delivered, reach out to our team at https://www.predictwind.com/contact-us

  3. Click 'Contact Support' and start a conversation.

  4. Please include your order number and tracking number in your message so we can quickly locate the order in our system.

Our shipping team will review the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
