What is the returns and warranty policy for items purchased from PredictWind?

For Iridium GO!, GO exec, YB3i and DataHub hardware purchases, our return policy is that goods can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The goods can only be accepted if they are unused and in their original packaging; otherwise, we cannot accept them back into stock. There is a US$50 restocking fee on any returned goods. Once the returned goods have been received at the warehouse and confirmed to be suitable for resale, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

The Warranty period for Iridium GO!, GO exec, YB3i and DataHub hardware purchased directly from PredictWind is 1 year from the date of purchase.

PredictWind offers a full refund for Basic, Standard, and Professional weather subscriptions if you are not satisfied within the first 3 months of your first purchase. This refund policy applies to subscriptions only and does not cover hardware.

This refund policy does not apply to repeat subscriptions. Refunds are only applicable if purchased via the PredictWind website. Purchases made on the Apple AppStore and Google Playstore are controlled by Apple/Google, and PredictWind cannot provide refunds for In-App purchases.
