To cancel your current PredictWind Iridium GO exec data/airtime plan please login to your account in the Satellite Portal. All changes are made in the 'Accounts' page.
Once cancelled make sure to leave the SIM card in the Iridium GO exec or in a safe place as it can be reactivated when you next want to use the exec unit.
Please ensure you have followed ALL the steps below.
On the Account page click on "Cancel Plan".
Select the red "Cancel Plan" button.
Select the reason why you are cancelling then click on the red "Complete Deactivation" button.
You will then see the confirmation page of your cancellation. You will also get an email confirmation of the cancellation.
