PredictWind Forecast Subscription
From your PC/Mac login to your account on the PredictWind forecast website https://forecast.predictwind.com
Click on the Settings wheel at the top right of the screen.
Select Billing from the drop-down box.
Click on Change Subscription.
Select the Downgrade button for the subscription you want to change to.
Please note, downgrading to the free subscription will cancel your current plan at the end of its billing period, and it will not auto-renew. If you downgrade from one paid subscription to another, auto-renewal will remain in place.
To manage your PredictWind subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap on PredictWind
From here you are able to Cancel/Change/Manage your own PredictWind subscription.

Iridium services:
Iridium GO!, GO exec, YB3i, and PredictMail are all managed via the PredictWind Satellite Portal at https://satellite.predictwind.com/. In this portal you can cancel and change plans. Unfortunately there is no way to pause or suspend an airtime plan, but here are two options:
Option 1:
Log into the Satellite Portal before the end of the billing month and downgrade to the Basic plan for the Iridium GO! unit or the GO exec 5 plan if you have an Iridium GO exec. To downgrade please use the 'change plan' button and follow the screen prompts.
You can change your plan any time during the month, the change will take effect immediately. Furthermore, you will be charged any overages that are due on the existing plan at the end of the month. The monthly charge on the new plan will be prorated and paid immediately. You may only change the plan once per month.
Option 2:
Log into the portal before the end of the Billing month and cancel your plan.
Please note, you can not cancel your plan in the same billing month as you activated.
The deactivation is immediate. As soon as you click on the cancel link, you lose access to the Iridium network, so you need to be 100% sure you want it disconnected.
Cancelling and changing plans is always best done on the last day of the Billing month before you no longer need it, as there are no refunds when you cancel or change partway through the month.
Important:
Iridium GO! SIM cards cannot be reactivated once cancelled.
GO exec SIM cards can be re-used.
