To cancel your current PredictWind Iridium GO! data/airtime plan please login to your account in the Satellite Portal. All changes are made in the 'Accounts' page.

Once cancelled the SIM card for the Iridium GO! cannot be reactivated, please ensure you have a new Iridium GO! SIM card to hand for next time you require the service.

Please ensure you have followed ALL the steps outlined in the images below.

Step 1. On the Account page click on "Cancel Plan".

Step 2. Select the red "Cancel Plan" button.

Step 3. Select the reason why you are cancelling then click on the red "Complete Deactivation" button.

Step 4. You will then see the confirmation page of your cancellation. You will also get an email confirmation of the cancellation.
