Why am I not seeing Weather Routing or Standard/Professional features in the PredictWind App?

Not seeing Weather Routing or your subscription features? This guide walks you through common causes and simple steps to fix it.

If you have a Standard or Professional subscription but cannot see features like Weather Routing, this is usually due to the app not yet recognising your subscription or being logged into a different account.

1. Confirm your subscription is active

Weather Routing is only available with Standard or Professional forecast subscriptions. If you’ve purchased one of these plans, the feature should be available across all devices.

2. Refresh your account in the App

Sometimes the app needs to re-sync your subscription. Try the following:

  • Close and reopen the PredictWind App

  • Log out, then log back in

This will prompt the app to recognise your active subscription.

3. Check you are logged into the correct account

Make sure you are using the same PredictWind email address and password on all platforms:

  • PredictWind website

  • PredictWind App

  • PredictWind Offshore App

Using a different email (even accidentally) is the most common reason features appear missing.

4. Verify login details in the Offshore App

If you're using the Offshore App, double-check your account settings:

  • Windows 10: File (top left) → Settings → PredictWind Account

  • Mac: PredictWind Offshore (top left) → Settings → PredictWind Account

  • iOS / Android: Preferences (from the main menu) → PredictWind Account
