If the physical reset button does not work and you have tried more than once.
A work around solution is to connect a ethernet (Rj45) cable from a Laptop to the DataHub Pro LAN port.
log in with superadmin and superadmin
From the left menu select Settings then select the Maintenance tab.
Select the Perform Reset button to restore the factory default settings.
Note that it takes 5-10 minutes for the process to complete. Do not interrupt the DataHub Pro during the reset process.
