If you cancel your GO exec airtime plan, there is no deactivation fee. To proceed with the cancellation, log into your Satellite Portal account and follow the instructions provided for service cancellation.
If you want to reactivate the GO exec at a later date, you can use the same SIM card. To reactivate your GO exec SIM card, follow these steps:
Log in to the Satellite Portal.
Select the option to "Activate new SIM or device."
Choose your GO exec SIM card from the list of available options.
The system will activate the GO exec SIM within 30 minutes. You will be charged a new activation fee of US$49.95 every time you activate a SIM card on a new airtime contract.
New Iridium phone numbers will be generated upon reactivation, you will not be allocated your old Iridium phone numbers.
Note;
GO exec SIM cards can be reused. Users should retain their existing GO exec SIM cards for future use, as they can be reactivated without having to purchase a new one.
