You can check your account details and active subscriptions at any time. Where you find this information depends on which PredictWind service you are using.
PredictWind Forecast subscription
On the Forecast Website
Log in to the PredictWind Forecast Website on your PC or Mac.
Select the Settings wheel in the top-right corner to view the email address registered to your account.
Select Billing to view your current Forecast subscription and confirm whether it is active.
In the PredictWind App
Open the main menu and scroll to the bottom.
Select Profile to view the email address registered to your account.
Select Billing to view your current Forecast subscription and confirm whether it is active.
Iridium GO!, Iridium GO exec, YB3i or PredictMail services
To check your Satellite service details, log in to the PredictWind Satellite Portal using your Satellite Portal username and password.
Once logged in, you can view the details of any active Iridium GO!, Iridium GO exec, YB3i or PredictMail services associated with your account.
