PredictRain needs permission to send notifications before Weather Alerts can reach your device.
On iPhone or iPad
Open the device Settings app.
Tap Notifications.
Select PredictRain.
Turn on Allow Notifications.
Choose the alert and sound options you prefer.
On Android
Open the device Settings app.
Tap Notifications or Apps, depending on the device.
Select PredictRain.
Turn on notifications.
Check that the relevant notification category is enabled.
Battery-saving or background-data settings may also delay notifications on some Android devices.
