If a PredictRain Weather Alert is not arriving, check the alert, notification permission and device settings.
Open Weather Alerts and confirm the correct saved location is listed.
Open the alert and confirm it is active.
Confirm that PredictRain notifications are enabled in device settings.
Check that Focus, Do Not Disturb or notification-summary settings are not hiding the alert.
On Android, allow background data and remove PredictRain from restrictive battery-saving settings.
Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
Update PredictRain from the app store.
Restart PredictRain and the device.
An alert is triggered only when its configured conditions are met. A different result from another weather source does not necessarily mean the PredictRain alert failed.
If alerts still do not arrive, contact PredictRain Support at help@predictrain.com with the alert location, expected time, device model, operating-system version and screenshots of the alert and notification settings.
