For example if the wind pattern is uniform around your forecast location, the forecast has more certainty, but if there are significant wind changes nearby, you need to take this into consideration as potential for the forecast to be incorrect.

In the example below, both forecast locations have very different wind strengths and directions, and will be very susceptible to a slight shift in the wind pattern.
