If you upgrade a PredictWind Forecast subscription purchased directly through the PredictWind website, any unused portion of your current subscription will automatically be credited towards your new subscription.
This means you do not lose the remaining value of your current subscription when upgrading.
How does the upgrade credit work?
PredictWind website subscriptions are available for fixed periods of 3 months or 12 months. As our subscription system is automated, we are unable to provide cash refunds for the unused portion of a subscription.
Instead, the remaining value of your current subscription is automatically applied as credit towards your upgrade.

What about App Store or Google Play subscriptions?
Forecast subscriptions purchased through the Apple AppStore or Google Play Store are managed directly by Apple or Google.
Any subscription changes, billing queries, or refund requests for these purchases must be made directly through the relevant app store. PredictWind does not have access to or control over in-app purchase transactions.
