How to set up Rally Group Tracking

If you are in a Rally with PredictWind tracking the Rally organisers contact us to add you to the Rally tracking page. This adds you to the Rally URL Link to share with friends and family.

Once set up you can add yourself to the Rally group in the PredictWind App or by logging into your account at www.predictwind.com This feature cannot be setup in the Offshore App. This allows you to see the Rally under GPS tracking in your account, on the website, PredictWind App and Offshore App.

On the PredictWind forecast website please, Head to Tools > GPS Tracking > Tracking Groups

In the PredictWind App go to GPS Tracking on the main menu then select the settings wheel.

Select the Rally name, if it does not appear please contact PredictWind Support.

All boats in your Rally group will appear on the GPS tracking page within the Apps or Forecast website, it is great to see Rally Boats in the Offshore App when on passage.

TIP: It is important to do the first download in the Offshore App of your GPS tracks on a high speed internet connection before using a Satellite connection.
