How to cancel your AIS Explorer App subscription through Apple or Google Play.

To cancel your AIS Explorer App subscription on an Apple device:

  1. Open Settings on your Apple device.

  2. Tap your Apple ID/name at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select AIS Explorer.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Google Play

To cancel your AIS Explorer App subscription on an Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Payments & subscriptions.

  4. Tap Subscriptions.

  5. Select AIS Explorer.

  6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

After cancelling, you can continue to use your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
