If you purchased a subscription through one of our apps on an Apple device, Apple manages the subscription and payment directly.
This applies to:
PredictWind
PredictCurrent
PredictRain
Anchor Alert
AIS Explorer
We cannot cancel or refund an Apple App Store purchase on Apple’s behalf.
How to cancel your subscription
On your iPhone, iPad or Apple Vision Pro:
Open the Settings app on the Home Screen of your device.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select PredictWind, PredictCurrent, PredictRain, Anchor Alert or AIS Explorer.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also use this section to check your renewal date or change to another available subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
How to request a refund from Apple
Apple sends an email receipt for subscriptions purchased through the App Store. You can follow the link in this receipt to report a problem and request a refund.
Alternatively, visit Apple’s Report a Problem website, sign in using the Apple ID used for the purchase and follow the steps to request a refund.
All refund requests are reviewed and processed by Apple.
I deleted the app but was still charged
Deleting or uninstalling an app does not cancel its Apple subscription.
Your subscription will continue to renew until it is cancelled through the Subscriptions section in your Apple device settings. Follow the cancellation steps above to prevent further renewals.
If Apple has already charged you for the renewal, you will need to request a refund directly from Apple.
If you need help identifying which account your subscription is connected to, please contact our Support team and send us a copy of your Apple receipt.
