You can cancel your 7-day free trial at any time before it renews as a paid subscription. The cancellation steps depend on where you started the trial.
This applies to trials for:
PredictWind
PredictCurrent
PredictRain
Anchor Alert
AIS Explorer
If you started the trial on the PredictWind website
For a PredictWind Forecast trial purchased directly through our website:
Log in at forecast.predictwind.com.
Click the Settings wheel in the top-right corner.
Select Billing.
Click Change Subscription.
Under the Free package, click Downgrade.
This cancels the trial at the end of the current trial period.
If you started the trial through Apple
On your iPhone, iPad or Apple Vision Pro:
Open the Settings app on the Home screen of your device.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select PredictWind, PredictCurrent, PredictRain, Anchor Alert or AIS Explorer.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Apple manages App Store trials and subscriptions, so they must be cancelled through your Apple account.
If you started the trial through Google Play
On your Android device:
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select PredictWind, PredictCurrent, PredictRain, Anchor Alert or AIS Explorer.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
You may also be able to open the relevant app, go to Billing, select Manage Subscription and then cancel through Google Play.
Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your trial
Deleting or uninstalling PredictWind, PredictCurrent, PredictRain, Anchor Alert or AIS Explorer will not cancel the trial.
You must follow the relevant cancellation steps above. If the trial is not cancelled before it renews, Apple, Google Play or PredictWind may process the subscription payment.
