If your Mac or iOS device cannot download GRIBs and Routes in the Offshore App, please check you have disabled Private Relay.
Mac
Click on the Apple Menu.
Click on Settings.
Search Private R or click on your iCloud Account.
Scroll down to Private Relay.
Disable Private Relay.
For Professional Users, If Current or SST information is greyed out on Mac you need to check this box, out to the right.
iOS
Disable VPN and ensure it is not connected.
Tap your iCloud Account.
Tap iCloud.
Disable Private Relay
