PredictWind Forecast Website and PredictWind App

The time displayed for each saved forecast location, in the PredictWind App, PredictCurrent App, PredictRain App, and the Forecast Website, is the local time for that location. The time is automatically adjusted for daylight saving time. For example, if you are viewing a forecast for Mauritius, the times will automatically display in the Indian/Mauritius time zone.

To set or adjust the time zone in Weather Routing or Departure Planning tools:

  1. Open the PredictWind app or website.

  2. Navigate to the Weather Routing tool.

  3. Tap the clock icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  4. Select your preferred time zone from the drop-down menu.

Please note: Times displayed in the PredictWind App, PredictCurrent App, PredictRain App, and on the Forecast Website use the 24-hour clock. It is not currently possible to change the display to a 12-hour (AM/PM) format. The Daily Briefing is the exception and displays times in a 12-hour format.

Offshore App

The time displayed in the Offshore App is referenced from the day/time your actual device or computer is using. To fix incorrect time zones in the Offshore App:

  1. Adjust your computer’s time and time zone settings.

  2. Restart the Offshore App.

  3. Perform a new download to refresh the times.
