If you are selling your DataHub, or your boat including your DataHub, please follow the steps below to maintain your GPS Tracking, ensure your personal data remains confidential, and help the new owner get up and running with the DataHub and their own GPS Tracking page easily.
Steps to take when you sell or transfer your DataHub
1. Factory Reset the DataHub
A software reset of the DataHub is the easiest method if you can log in to the DataHub.
Connect your laptop (Recommended) or mobile device to the DataHub Wi-Fi network. It will look like PW-Hub-XXXX in the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your device.
Open a Chrome or Safari browser and type 10.10.10.1 in the URL bar.
Log in with username admin and password admin.
From the left menu select Settings then select the Maintenance tab.
Select the Perform Reset button to restore the factory default settings.
Important Note: Please note that the process typically takes 5-10 minutes to complete. Do not interrupt the DataHub during the reset process.
If you cannot log in to the DataHub, see here for how to perform a Hardware reset.

Make sure you've downloaded all your PredictMail from the DataHub.
Login to the DataHub on 10.10.10.1.
Click on Services > Settings > Maintenance > FORMAT and click OK.
Wait around five minutes, then reconnect and log back into the DataHub.
