You can use the Measure Tool to check the distance between two locations or measure the overall distance of a passage using multiple points. Continue adding points to follow your intended course and easily check both the distance of individual sections and the overall distance.
How to use the Measure Tool
Tap anywhere on the map. A pop-up box will open showing the map details and a Dividers icon.
Tap the Dividers icon to start measuring.
Drag the map to position the marker in the location where you want to place your next point, then tap Add Point at the bottom of the screen.
Continue moving the map and tapping Add Point to add additional points. The distance between each point will be displayed along the measurement line.
The total distance across all the points you have selected is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
To delete the most recently added point, tap Remove Last Point.
When you have finished adding points, tap End to stop measuring.
To exit the Measure Tool, tap the X in the box displaying the total distance.
