If your Iridium GO exec date and time are not correct, please check the following:
The timezone setting is correct. To review and change this:
Tap the Settings wheel on the Iridium GO exec touchscreen.
Tap Date and Time settings.
Tap Time zone.
Swipe up or down and tap the correct timezone.
Tap the checkmark in the bottom centre of the Iridium GO exec touchscreen to apply this setting.
Check that the GNSS Antenna Selection setting is set to Internal. To review and change this:
Tap the Settings wheel on the Iridium GO exec touchscreen.
Swipe down and tap GNSS Antenna Config. Note, this menu option is only available from Iridium GO exec firmware version 1.06 or later. If you do not see this menu option please click here to update your App and GO! exec firmware.
Tap Auto and change the default GNSS Antenna Selection setting to Internal.
Tap the checkmark in the bottom centre of the Iridium GO exec touchscreen to apply this setting.
Important Note: To set the initial date and time of the device, it must be connected to GPS using the internal antenna at least once. If you have not done this before, please go outside with the device. Find a clear view of the sky and horizon to use the device.
