If you're unable to load the Offshore App, please try and check the following to resolve it:

All devices

  • Reboot the device, or power it off and on again.

  • Delete and reinstall the Offshore App.

  • Check if your iOS version is 15.2 or later or Android 8 or later.

  • Update to the latest version of your operating system.

  • Check to see if you have a security App on your phone, e.g. TrendMicro mobile security App. If so, you may need to allow the Offshore App to load or disable App when launching the Offshore App.

  • Disable any VPN. If this does not work, uninstall the VPN App and try again.

Android Devices only

  • Try clearing the cache.. Go to your Android device Settings > Apps > Apps > Offshore App > Storage > Clear cache

  • Check you have the latest version of the Android System WebView. Power your Android device off, then on again > then go to Google Play Store > Search Android System WebView and Install.
