To see if a message you have just sent from your email client has been sent by the DataHub, check the log on the PredictMail > top menu Connection page.

If you do not see that the DataHub has attempted to connect and send your message check the PredictMail Connection Policy. Immediately on sending mail with polling on tracking interval is the recommended policy for Iridium airtime customers on the GO! / GO exec Unlimited Plans, GO exec 100, 250 and 1200. Customers on other plans are recommended to upgrade to one of these options to avoid overages.

If required, clicking the green CONNECT button on the Connection page will prompt the DataHub to connect and send any messages still in the DataHub Outbox.

Messages pending to be sent on the DataHub can be viewed by clicking on the Services > PredictMail > top menu Outbox.

The latest connection logs are available on the PredictMail > Connection page. Full connection log details are at the end of the PredictMail > Sys Log.

Below is an example from the PredictMail > Sys Log showing the DataHub attempting to connect and send messages through a disconnected or powered-off GO exec.
