How to disconnect the DataHub from a Wi-Fi hotspot

If your DataHub has connected to a Wi-Fi network or hotspot, e.g. Iridium GO! Wi-Fi, and you want to disconnect it:

  1. Ensure your DataHub is using firmware version 4.19 or later. Review this article to upgrade your DataHub firmware.

  2. Connect to DataHub Wi-Fi.

  3. Open a Chrome or Safari browser and type 10.10.10.1 in the URL bar.

  4. Log in with username admin and password admin.

  5. From the left menu, under Services > Settings > click the top menu WiFi.

  6. On the WiFi Settings page, click on the Tools tab, then click the red CLEAR button to Clear Networks and Passwords.
