Activate the Iridium GO! SIM card
Before you can connect your Iridium GO! to the Iridium satellite network to communicate, you will need to select your plan, activate the SIM card and insert it into the Iridium GO!
Go to the PredictWind Satellite Portal to activate your GO! SIM card.
You need the IMEI number and SIM card number for this process.
The IMEI number is printed on the sticker under the battery or on the side of the box that the Iridium GO! came in.
The SIM card number is printed on the SIM card.
As you work through the process online, you will be offered different airtime plans. We recommend the Iridium GO! Unlimited plan. Once you select the appropriate plan and make payment, the SIM card will become active within 10 minutes.
Move on to Step 3
You are now ready to move on to Step 3: Setup the Iridium GO! App, make an outbound call, send SMS and update the Firmware.
