To enter and update your password in the Offshore App, open the Offshore App, then:
Mac
Click the PredictWind Offshore menu at the top left of the screen.
Click Settings or Preferences.
In the Preferences window that pops up, click on PredictWind.
Type in your password.
Close the Preferences window.
Windows
Click the File menu at the top left of the screen.
Click Settings or Preferences.
In the Preferences window that pops up, click on PredictWind.
Type in your password.
Click the X to close the Preferences window.
Android or Apple
Tap on the three horizontal lines hamburger menu to open the menu.
Tap Preferences.
Under PredictWind Account, type in your password.
Tap the back arrow to save it.
Important Note: When using a device, always open the Offshore App from the Home page on your device, not via the Iridium Mail App.
