If your iPhone hotspot is disconnecting unexpectedly while using it with the DataHub, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Disable Low Data Mode

Low Data Mode may limit connectivity and cause the hotspot to turn off.

  • Go to your phone Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options

  • Tap Data Mode and select Standard or Allow More Data on 5G

2. Turn off Low Power Mode

  • Go to your phone Settings > Battery

  • Turn off Low Power Mode.

3. Keep the Hotspot Screen Open

iPhones may disable the hotspot when not in active use. Keep the Personal Hotspot page open to maintain a stable connection.

4. Restart Your iPhone

A simple restart can resolve many temporary issues.

  • Hold the Power button and slide to power off

  • Turn your iPhone back on after 10 seconds

5. Reset Network Settings

Resetting network settings can fix persistent hotspot issues.

  • Go to your phone Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset

  • Tap Reset Network Settings

6. Update iOS

Ensure your iPhone is running the latest software update for optimal performance.

  • Go to your phone Settings > General > Software Update

If the issue persists, consider connecting your iPhone to the DataHub via a USB tethering charging cable instead.
