Unable to see DataHub Pro Wi-Fi

This is normal, however if you have just upgraded your DataHub Pro Firmware and has been over twenty minutes, and you still cannot see the DataHub Pro Wi-Fi to reconnect; please power off and power on the device, wait two minutes, and try again.

It's possible the firmware upgrade didn't succeed, so please check the firmware version and upgrade again if it fails.

DataHub Pro login displays a text script error

If you have just upgraded your DataHub Pro Firmware and you can re-connect to the DataHub Pro Wi-Fi; however, upon login, you see a white page and text script stack traceback /usr/lib/lua/luci dispatcher error such as the one below.

Please power off and power on the Device, wait two minutes and try again.

It's possible the firmware upgrade didn't succeed, so please check the firmware version and upgrade again if it fails.

We recommend updating DataHub Pro Firmware using a laptop or computer, not a mobile device or tablet. If the download fails, please retry, or, connect your DataHub Pro to the Internet via a different method and then retry.

Important Note: Please ensure your DataHub Pro maintains power during the Firmware update, or it might destroy the DataHub Pro and it will need to replaced.
