If your PredictMail or PredictChat account settings will not validate or your email App reports an error with the username and password, please check the following:

  • Your password is incorrect. Often, particularly on an iPad or tablet device, an accessory keyboard automatically sets the first letter of the sentence as a capital letter. If your email App has a reveal button to show your password, please check it before submitting.

  • Wi-Fi or Cellular connectivity. Occasionally, for unknown reasons, your device may be unable to validate the password using your current Internet connection method. Please use an alternative Internet connection method, e.g. if on a mobile device, disable Wi-Fi and use Cellular data, or vice versa. If on a laptop, connect to a different Wi-Fi or use a mobile hotspot.

  • Check all account settings are correct. Please refer to the PredictMail setup guides for app-specific instructions and configuration settings.

  • PredictChat - If your PredictMail account was created before 13 November 2023, you must reset your PredictMail password before using PredictChat. Please use the same password to avoid reconfiguring all your email Apps and the DataHub. The reset process activates your PredictChat account and sets its password to match your PredictMail password.

  • If you just purchased PredictMail, it has never worked, and you are sure your username and password are correct, please Contact Support. There may be an issue with your mailbox setup.

Change your PredictMail / PredictChat password

If you forgot your PredictMail password, you can reset it in the Satellite Portal. Click on your PredictMail Account, then click Change Password.
